You seem to be a fairly similar applicant to me, probably a little bit better. You have more APs than me, but I took BC Calculus as a sophomore and then Multi and Linear my Junior/Senior years. I’m also half-Nicaraguan.

Given the history at my school, I pretty much expected to get into at least one of HYPSM, and it turns out I got into exactly one. These were my final decisions:

Harvard: Wait-listed -> Rejected
Yale: Deferred SCEA -> Rejected
Stanford: Accepted (Will attend)
MIT: Rejected
Princeton: Wait-listed -> ??? (Most likely rejected. I have not pursued this at all.)

Columbia: Accepted
Duke: Accepted, with likely letter
Swarthmore: Accepted, heard about 2 weeks early
UChicago: Accepted, $10,000 a year merit scholarship
Northwestern: Accepted
University of Wisconsin Madison: Accepted (Safety)

You can see my stats more extensively here:

The supplemental essay that I sent to Yale was awful. I reworked it and sent it to UChicago, Princeton and Harvard with better results.
