With your status, you’ll get into NYU, Georgetown, Boston College for sure. (100%)
Cornell, Brown, Upenn are in the mid-range for you. (change of getting in 70%)
Yale, Harvard, Princeton are always hard to get into. My friend, had a 3.9 GPA (unweighted, NYC prep school), got 5s on 5 APs, SAT 2320, SAT IIs 3 800s, with plenty of impressive outside school activities got wait listed form the HYP schools. (He got into Wharton though, wow)

UCLA and Berkley likes kids from California, people who gets into Ivy Leagues sometimes don’t make into these schools (kind of weird).

Hmmm my father went to UCLA though, so would that have a slight effect?

The above is untrue. 70% chace at Brown? Not even close:

[brown facts and figures - Google Search](<a href=“brown facts and figures - Google Search”>brown facts and figures - Google Search)

Also, the CA schools are much easier to get into than any ivy and are actively seeking more OOS students but legacy does not count at them.

i understand that 70% percent was a bit out there, but would you think i have a chance? I know a few friends who have gotten into cornell and northwestern with a 4.1 from my school, with worse ecs. How about Gtown? Thats my real goal i guess.
