Chance me for Johns Hopkins please

Hey! I’m a rising junior that is interested in going into environmental engineering or environmental science in general. Am I on the right track to get into Johns Hopkins?

Starting a STEM program for girls over the summer (already have most of it planned and scheduled) 10,11
Sunday school teacher 9,10,11
Over the summer I am also going to be speaking about why homeschoolers should learn Spanish in a convention

More about me:
Ethnicity:
Hispanic: (1st generation born in the US)
Mom: has a Master’s degree, Dad: High School diploma
I go part-time to a private school near me but I homeschooled for the majority of my classes

GPA looks good so far and ECs are OK but a bit light (though the STEM program for girls seems interesting and could be developed into something cool). Without SAT/ACT scores its hard to say where you stand, but as of now you seem to be on track to be competitive for schools of Hopkins’ calibre.

Everything looks fine. Your ECs lack national/state awards and leadership. However, since you are a URM your chances go up a little from that. If you can pull a 1500 or a 34 on your SAT/ACT and 750 on your SATII then you should be fine
