<p>@chucktaylor1‌ Does shoo-in mean high chance? Because i’m out of state and University of Minnesota is supposedly really high ranked for engineering. So do you know if that will impact admission?</p>

<p>Yes, by shoo-in I mean that you have a high chance of getting admitted. Your out-of-state status shouldn’t make any difference in the decision.</p>
