Well, what can I say, an international Asian male applying for CS, my chance is freaking low I know. I also need financial aid. I have low GPA and SAT too. I will retake SAT and hopefully I can get a 1500. NU is still my dream school and I really want to get in. Please give me some thoughts, thank you so much!!!

SAT subjects: Math 2 800, Physics 780

Are you going to apply to Weinberg or McCormick? At NU you don’t apply to a major, just a school and CS is in both schools (same curriculum tho).

Your unweighted GPA, and being an international who needs fin aid, make NU a high reach for you, even if your SAT score increases. Any US school will be a reach if you need significant financial aid. Do you have affordable college options in your home country?

Im applying to mccormick. I do have some other options, but I think I will apply ED NU coz its my most favorite school
