Chance me for NYU ED, I will chance you back, I PROMISE!

Just to let you know - unless you are an authorized reseller of these items, and have a certificate, or really any legal proof that your “self employment” activities are genuine, documented business, colleges will dismiss them.

And when I say authorized, I mean that you and the companies which you are using to make profit, have an established agreement, which allows you to sell the items at a set price, and keep a certain percentage of profit. If you don’t establish this agreement, which I am assuming you did not, you are either A: an illegal seller of merchandise, considering you are making a business (there is a difference between a business and playground selling) or a B: craigslist seller. Reselling things when you have no established agreement with the manufacturer and company is nothing more than selling stuff on craigslist. And no one puts their craigslist accomplishments on college applications.

Would a typed contract with signatures from both the manufacturer and myself count? I have one in both English and Mandarin

I didn’t just go to some random website and type in “10 items” and have them ship it to me… (Well, I found the manufacturer off alibaba.com but I had to call them in order make the deals of the trade)

I use my company name Kizag (Which I DO have the legal documents for) in order to complete the contract.

On it are the terms of shipping (F.O.B), import tax issue, return issue, if shipment is lost overseas issue, and most importantly, my ability to resell using any medium that I want to.

I technically don’t have any proof for selling candy and teaching older generations how to use facebook and twitter, unless you count client testimonies

Do you know how I can get proof of that?

Here’s a good article by the way:
<a href=“Bloomberg - Are you a robot?”>Bloomberg - Are you a robot?;

If the business ECs that you are doing are legitimate (you seem to have proven that above) then you have a very good shot of getting in. You have a strong passion and a lot of experience in business. Your ACT and subject tests are good as well. Your GPA is horrible but you at least you’re top 20% and you are taking 7 APs senior year, which is definitely a plus. Overall the only flaw on your app is your GPA hopefully your app will pass through.
