Chance me for psychology major

Hello, so I am a Senior and will be applying to colleges later this year. I am really worried about getting into UT Austin due to my class rank and would like some info. So below I will list al the info I would use for an application.
SAT score- just took it today, but based on my PSAT I scored a 1410/1600 or around a 2090/2400
Class rank- 200ish/620ish (33ish percent)
GPA- 3.1/4.0 and 4.1/5.0
AP classes- WHAP, APUSH, AP English 3 - next year to take AP Bio, AP Latin, AP English 4 and AP gov and AP Econ
TaG student (talented and gifted)
Latin Club President
120ish hours of volunteering at my church in the kids ministry
10 hours of volunteering over summer for youth camps at church
3 hours judging UIL competitions

I want to major in Psychology , or Neuroscience and possibly go to Med School
I also played UIL soccer for 3 years in High School, as well as playing club soccer Freshman Year (No longer play)

I am alsomost getting one of my letters of recommendation from my districts teacher of the year (AP 4 teacher)
I am 1/4 Hispanic(from Honduras), and have visited there multiple times
If you have any questions for me or advice I would be really happy to hear them!

Rank is really going to hurt you, but your ECs/volunteering look nice. You didn’t mention your essays, but I would suggest having as many trusted people look over them as you can–they need to be good. Psych is probably more attainable than neuroscience since I’m fairly sure CNS is more competitive than COLA, so I would put that as the first choice, if you’re so inclined. If your scores are as predicted, they’ll probably help a lot, but if not, consider the ACT. Better test, in my opinion.

I wish you all the luck in the world

After the auto-admits in the top 7% HS rank, those in-state students considered holistically will need to have very strong test scores, extracurriculars, essays, leadership. Based on your data above, I would assess UT to be a high reach for you at this point. You will want to have some other options in your application group.
