You are a competitive applicant.
Your curriculum looks challenging, your ACT is good, your SAT Subject Tests are good (remember that Tufts will use only your top two scores), and your ECs look okay.
Good luck.

Thanks so much!! Should I send my SAT, ACT, or both??

Your ACT is a 2220 on the SAT scale, but I don’t know what the writing is normally graded off of…

oh wow! that would be really good then. I always thought a 34 would be in the 2200 range…

I think I did my math wrong actually, so double check me, but ACT score * 66.6 = SAT score is the proper conversion rate.

What do you mean by 66.6?

Competitive application, Dont send sat, send act and subject tests. A 33 is 2180 on the sat scale.

Sent from my SGH-T959V using CC App

would they just look at the higher one if I sent both?

Here are the official ACT-SAT concordance tables. http://professionals.collegeboard.com/profdownload/act-sat-concordance-tables.pdf</a> If the scores are close, I think students should send both and Tufts can see that your stats are similar under both tests. In your case since the English score is much stronger than your SAT CR score, I’d lean to sending just the ACT, but I don’t think you’d actually get dinged if you chose to send the SAT too.

As for your application, it’s competitive, but there’s no way to predict chances.

thanks the table helped…but isn’t my ACT English/Writing score lower than my SAT writing score? Especially since I got a 10 on the SAT essay and an 8 on the ACT one??

^That’s why I think it would be fine to send both. They’ll see you are a strong student either way.

okay thanks :)
