Baylor should be no problem for admission, but cost must always be considered. Even with a nice merit award it can still be quite pricey.
You are right outside of automatic admission to A&M but should have a very good chance under holistic admission.
UT Austin could be a bit more dicey. You should definitely apply because your stats are within “striking range”. You will really need to spend a lot of time on your application, essays, letters of recommendation, and expanded resume’ to distinguish yourself.
