Chance me for the University of Michigan?

GPA 3.45/4
ACT: 28, 8 writing

Plethora of extracurriculars including leadership positions, volunteer work, internships relating to my major, and giving back to the community. (Im not going to list out every extracurricular but my list is pretty extensive)

Taken 8 AP classes
Taken 12 Honors classes
Honor Roll for 4 years
Alumni Connections
Out of State - around 20 other people from my HS have applied to UMich, some more competitive some less competitive
Income bracket: 39.6%
Applied Early Action

What do you think my chances for acceptance are?

***NOTE:
Just so you all know, my senior year GPA won't be a factor of my accumulative GPA because I applied EA, but my GPA for my first quarter was a 4.7 weighted and a 3.84 unweighted. I am taking all AP classes my senior year with the exception of Engineering which is only offered at the Honors level. These first quarter grades were sent to Michigan, however.

Reach

GPA/ACT are your limiting factors, other stuff seems pretty solid if the list is as extensive as you say. Course rigor looks good, alumni connections can’t hurt. If your essays are great that would also help you I think substantially. You’ll probably have a higher chance in getting into LSA than CoE if that’s where you applied

Definitely a reach.
