Chance me for Top 20 Schools with laughably bad extracurriculars but perfect ACT and high GPA/Rank?

Race: Asian

Academic Stats:

-Class rank Top 10/650
-Dual enrolled at local uni to take Multivariable Calc and Differential Equations

Awards/Honors (generic):
-National Merit Semi-Finalist
-National AP Scholar
-School Honor Roll

Extracurriculars (LOL):
-Started a comp sci club at school but barely did anything
-Volunteered at computer refurb place for over 50 hours, built computers and donated them
-Other volunteering stuff through organizations 50+ hours
-Does self-studying programming and finance count?
-Job at tutoring place 4hrs/wk since 8th grade
-Joined a phone-related forum in 8th grade and helped moderate it and solve software problems on phones (Does this even count?)

Are there any other schools in the Top 20 that I can apply ED to to realistically increase my chances? Reach schools I’m looking at currently:
Vanderbilt
Duke
Brown
Carnegie Mellon
Amherst
Georgia Tech
UPenn
Franklin W. Olin

Also, are there any safety or match schools that might give me good merit aid?

“Also, are there any safety or match schools that might give me good merit aid?”

UNC is the obvious safety to add to your list given that it is a very good school and you are in-state.

What are your finances? Have you run the NPC on the schools on your list and how do you and your parents feel about the results?

@DadTwoGirls Thank you for the reply! I’m definitely applying to UNC (just submitted apps actually), but I didn’t apply for Moorehead Cain due to my lack of leadership, so I won’t be getting any merit aid, which is fine considering that in-state tuition is very reasonable.

We’re upper middle class, and the NPC on the schools we’ve ran through indicate that we wouldn’t receive financial aid. We used rough estimates of our finances during this, so not sure how accurate it ended up being. My parents are comfortable with paying most of the cost if I participate in work-study or something along those lines at those schools. We’re submitting the FAFSA today, so our EFC should give us a better idea of what to expect.
