<p>I'm a highschool senior who applied to UCR and UCI, I got into UCR but I'd really like to go to irvine as a biological science major.</p>

<p>I didn't take the ACTs, but my total SAT score was 1660 (560 and 580 in English, 520 in math.) And I took the Math subject 2 test and got a 540. </p>

<p>My grades are nearly straight A's with a couple B'a and one C from when I was a sophomore. I've never taken an AP class, but I took honors Spanish 3 and honors physics. </p>

<p>4 years of Math
4 years of English
4 years of Spanish
3 years of lab science </p>

<p>Unsure of what my weighted GPA is, but unweighted would be about a 3.8. </p>

<p>I've never had a job, or done any school activities, but I have a ton of community service due to the fact I raised a Guide Dog and maxed out the possible hours of community service on the application form. </p>

<p>So, what do you think guys? How are my chances. Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>I would say UCI is a reach since you have not taken any AP classes and your SAT is low. UCI will expect a rigorous course schedule with a few AP classes especially if you are applying for Biology (the most popular major at UCI). Sorry, but I think UCR is a great safety school. Good Luck.</p>
