Chance me for UCSB?

Hi, I'm going to apply to UCSB this year. Here are my stats :)

Unweighted UC gpa: 3.84
Weighted UC gpa: 3.88
SAT: (I'm taking the SAT this month but according my PSAT, I am most likely getting around a 2030)

Here are the classes I took:
10th grade
Biology (CP) A/A
English II (CP) A/A
World History (CP) A/A
American Sign Language (CP) A/A
Geometry (CP) A/A
Team Sports (CP) A/A

11th grade

Algebra II (H) B/B+
Psychology (AP) A/A
Chemistry (CP) A/A
English III (H) B/B
US History (CP) A/A
Wood II (CP) A/A
I took the AP Hebrew test in tenth grade and got a 4, therefore my school doesn't require me to take a language class anymore. Will UC's accept the AP test as a substitution for a foreign language class?
*My school doesn't rank, and also it's ranked upon one of the top twenty-five high schools in California.

Here are my EC's
10th grade
JV Football.
75 hours of community service.
Comedy Sports.
ASB.

11th grade

Varsity Football.
83 hours of community service.
Comedy Sports.
ASB.

Assume I'm going to write an amazing application essay and that I am going to have at least three good letter of recommendations.

I'm white, male, family income > $200,000

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :D
also I'm going to apply for their Econ major.

Also, I've noticed that on many chance posts, people say someone can get into a school just to be nice even though in reality there is no way they can get in. Please be brutally honest with me. If I can get in that's great, but if I can't please don't tell me I can. :)

Ow ya, btw. I have 158 hours of community service. Also neither of my parents graduated college but yet my grandparents did. Does this make me a first generation college graduate or not?

ECs are just fine for UCSB so I’d say match at that stage. Have any safeties or reaches?

Well yaa, UCSB is my dream school so my safety would be SBCC so I could easily get into UCSB with TAG. But my other safety’s are SDSU or UCI. Thanks for the chance btw!

Btw, do you know if UC’s take AP language testing instead of two years of language?

hey if you went to sbcc where would you live at. like are the apartments expensive?

If I know what I’m talking about (I think I do), you can live in IV, a dorm house in UCSB. It’s the only dorm house that lets SBCC students house in.

anyone else for a chance? I’m completely clueless to whether I have a chance or not.
