Ooh, you look like a competitive applicant, but not gonna lie, that C is gonna hurt. Your extracurriculars seem to be good compared to most applicants, however, there lacks a medical/science presence within your ECs.
Your scores are pretty high for all three of those schools; I’d honestly say you have a pretty good chance at UCI and Davis at least. You should be pretty competitive for UCSD.

Instate-you should be good to go for all of your schools.
