Chance me for UMich, UChicago, MichState, and Notre Dame. I'll chance back

Hi, I'm going to be a senior this year and am really nervous about applying to colleges. As of now I'm applying to:
UMich Ann Arbor - Slight Reach
UChicago - kind of unrealistic
Michigan State - match
Notre Dame - reach
Grand Valley State University - Safety, attending honors college if no one else accepts me

Going into Investment Banking. I already have 2 years of investing experience with my college savings (thanks for the textbooks AAPL).

Grades: Big upward grade trend
Freshman: 3.4
Sophomore: 3.6
Junior: 3.93(4.0 second semester) 2 college classes( Western Civ and Macroecon)
Senior: 4.0 (hopefully) 4 college classes (Calculus I, Microecon, Sociology, and Physics)
Cumulative: 3.83 by mid-year

I've taken the hardest classes possible at my high school. Tested out of freshman math so I have taken all the math classes offered at my school by senior year so now I'm taking Calculus I at a local university. By the time I graduate the only classes offered at my school that I won't have taken are Band, Jazz Band, Music Appreciation, and P.E.

Graduating with 19 college credits through dual enrollment all A's

ACT: 32

Retaking in December after taking Calculus I at Central Michigan University. Hoping to increase my Math score to around 33

I've worked for my dad's masonry business every summer up until this year when I got a job at a golf course.

Income: >70000, I'm a triplet, so my brother and sister are applying at the same time as me if that changes financial aid.

State: Michigan

From an ok high school but very small with 40 kids in my class. I'm the first one ever to apply to UChicago from my school, don't know if that helps or hurts me.

Planning on applying to UMich and UChicago EA.

GVSU is definitely a safety, as is MSU. U of M is a match and you have a great chance of getting in. Notre Dame and U of Chicago are slight reaches but I would expect that you get into at least one of them. Write wonderful essays, keep up the good work and you will have a good chance at all of the schools you plan on applying to.

GVSU and Michigan State are definitely safeties not matches. I’m pretty sure you would easily get into Michigan State’s honors college. I would say a decent change at UMich, though they like to get kids from “feeder schools” for in state students. If your school only has 40 students per class, chances are the University of Michigan does not know about it or even respect the school (just being honest, they have tough admissions). I went to a slightly above average high school in the Detroit area and out of 430 in my graduating class only 3 went to Michigan. As for Notre Dame and University of Chicago good luck, once again those colleges like to get students from high schools that they know. I would say they are both reaches, but not realistic. Apply early and see what happens. If you do decide to go to Grand Valley State University, you could be looking at a full ride scholarship or a lot of scholarship money. U of M and Michigan State will not really give you any money except for need based aid.
