My stats are:
International student
Applying to CSE (Computer science major)
SAT-1360
IX, X-9.8 CGPA (CBSE)
XI-84.8%
A good set of ecs
A good set of computer science achivements
A strong LOR from my counsellor

I applied on 8/8/17
Even till now, I am being shown "All your document have been … " message on the application tracker.
But one change is there. 2 or 3 days back, 3 more items got added to the list viz LOR, online fees, common fees.
What does that mean?

letters of recommendation aren’t required for UMN. Hence, your application is considered “complete” without them.
Perhaps they are just catching up on matching all documents and fees received to outstanding applications. A few years ago one of my kids got a LOR posted to her Tracker after she was accepted so clearly there is no direct correlation as to when secondary documents are received and application status.

I haven’t heard back either, but it looks like your message changes to a shorter one a day or two before you get your decision, but I may be wrong. Hope that helps!
