<p>Ok so I'm a White Male and a Junior at a top 750 public high school in Maryland.</p>

<p>My class size is pretty small: 250 kids and i'm borderline top 10%. Will colleges take into account the smaller class size, with difficulty in being top 10%.</p>

<p>UW GPA: 3.78
WGPA: 4.38
SAT: Expecting a 2100-2200. May take again.
ACT's: Taken but have no idea where my score will land</p>

<p>One letter of recommendation should be stellar.
Other teacher recommendation will be above average.</p>

<p>AP's: Statistics, Government, World History
AP's(next year): Psychology, US history, Chemistry. ( Will be Self-Studying several exams any way to include that on my Application?)</p>

<p>EC's: Yeah here's where i consider myself to be weakest.
President It's Academic/Quiz Bowl- 3 years,will be 4
Varsity Basketball Manager- 2 years, will be 3
Member of Young Republicans club, will have executive position next year
Helped Create a Tutoring Service for middle school kids, but really do not have that many hours? maybe 15 hours?
will be a NHS member next year
Any suggestions on something i can do over the summer to boost this area of my APP?</p>

University of Virginia
Clemson University(safety, Out of State Waiver)</p>

<p>Reaches? Which of these do i have best chances at?, if any?
University of Chicago
University of Pennsylvania
Columbia University</p>

<p>You should get in to UMD, UVA you’re definitely a good candidate w/ the weighted GPA, and you’re fine with Clemson as well. </p>

<p>The only weakness really is that you’re schedule doesn’t look that strong. while 6 AP’s seem like a lot, compared to the 10 or 11 other students have taken it’s almost only half.</p>

<p>As for your EC’s, really expand on your tutoring service this summer. It might not be much work but could easily seem so. Volunteer as well!</p>

<p>Despite being a top 750 school, AP Classes aren’t really abound so unfortunately, i couldn’t take some AP’s that interest me such as Comparitive, Human GEO, Micro & Macro.I do plan on self studying for several of these exams but being that i will be a senior i think it will be impossible to truly show colleges that i am challenging myself.</p>

<p>If I were you, I’d rack up more volunteer aspects, maybe land a job or internship over the summer. </p>
