<p>I’d say you have a good shot if you apply ED. If you can explain your passion that somehow connects econ + premed, that will definitely be a unique aspect that most other applicants won’t have. You should do that through your UPenn specific essay</p>

<p>You look good. I don’t know why people think scores are the end of the world. To be honest, once you’re past a threshold, colleges do NOT care that much. You look okay, though to me personally, I can’t really see your passions. Though, combined with essays, you could be great!</p>
