I count about 10 threads of yours asking for chance me for USC or UCs - I’m not sure how anything will be that much different than the other ones.
Great scores but by now you know the answers, your GPA will be an issue. If you have a compelling reason for lower grades, then hopefully these are addressed in your essays. Some the UC’s are definitely possible but USC and top UC’s are going to be Reaches. Apply widely and have some solid safeties on your list.
GPA is below average for all the UC campuses and the UC’s tend to be very GPA focused.
