My gpa is a bit on lower end due to a C in 11th SL math and fact that school in Israel did not offer honor courses.

I did not apply early just regular

Normally a C would be a serious issue to address. The fact that you attended a non-US school could mitigate that in your case, except that you got good grades straight A’s in 9th grade.

8th grade grades don’t matter. Anywhere. Period.

In HS core academic courses, I see 5 A’s, then 3 A’s 2 B’s, then 4 A’s 1 C. That looks to be around a 3.73 unweighted after 3 years.

3.73 + 2160 + URM + IS = probable admission, usually. But that’s just a guess, and “probable” = “I think it’s more likely than unlikely.” It’s not a record I’d feel great about relying on. It doesn’t help that you’re in NoVa, where a disproportionate number of students apply to UVA (almost everyone, it seems) and they also seem to have serious grade inflation, too. It will make a difference if you are in top 10% of your class, whatever school you’re in… and it will hurt you if you’re not.

There’s a very strong chance they just offer you a spot on the waitlist.

depends on your uw, but you are a urm. so i’ll say youre in
