Chance me for UW Seattle, UW Madison, and/or Recommendations?

Hi! I’m currently a junior in-state at an average public high school with my sights set on UW! I aim to be a Speech Language Pathologist in the future, but for now, I’d like to see a rough estimate of my chances of getting there!

Demographics [don’t know if this is essential]: Asian (Korean), dual citizenship, bilingual
Intended Major: Speech and Hearing Sciences/Communication Disorders (depending on what different schools call it)
->there’s no direct admission to this unlike CS fyi

Achievements [Most of these would be evaluated after admissions, so I’ll omit them from the process altogether]
* NHS member (10-12) : this isn’t unique, but might as well!
* Several Regional Debate winnings
* [I really cannot currently remember, but nothing else mindblowingly amazing here]

Academics:
* ACT: 30 (not too great) -> definitely retaking!
* New SAT: 1500 (780 Math, 720 Reading/Writing) -> considering retaking?
* SAT II: Not sure if UW takes any… but if so, for math and english and/or bio
* UW/W GPA: 3.93/4.15 (after junior year, if my current grade trend continues)
* APs (including future schedule): World History, US History, Biology, Eng Lang/Comp, Stats, French, English Lit, (some senior history class)
* Honors: Adv. Geometry, Eng 1, Adv. Alg 2, Eng 2, Chem, Pre-Calc, Physics

ECs [future projections included haha]
* Debate (4yrs): primarily in speech events where I excelled
* Musical Theater (3yrs) : mostly chorus roles, or small group power vocal types
* A Capella Group (1yr) : select audition group, lots of gigs, regional winners (results at state vary)
* Rush Club Soccer (4+ yrs) : I’ve gone from rec -> premier league over time
* Church Altar Server Leader : Altar serving and part-time choir member on off-weeks

Volunteering
* Altar Serving/Youth Group [Leader]: I have maybe 200-300 hrs from this!
* Debate Judging : 30ish hours combined
* [Some sort of hospital/medical related opportunity-- recently got some connections with several SLPs in the area!]
* Flight Museum Tour Guide : A summer thing, 100hrs at the least, tons of people skills learned
* I plan on doing quite a bit this summer and next year for my own self-improvement, how many hours it’ll add up to is a mystery even to me!

No Jobs for me!

I’ve been working on my essays since November, as well as giving a monthly draft to my English teacher who’s helping me along-- I would say that combined with my decent writing ability, the essays would overall point out my decent sense of humor and some contrasting thoughtfulness as well.

I’m not the strongest applicant there is–having a ton of fun in high school alongside the work–and after lurking around here and doing some research on various schools, I don’t know what to feel about my stats so some feedback would be much appreciated :slight_smile:
