Chance me for Vanderbilt and then womens colleges (Bryn Mawr, Wellesley, Smith)

Transfering to Vanderbilt, Bryn Mawr, Wellesley, or Smith?

My question is if I would be able to get into Vanderbilt University, or Bryn Mawr, Wellesley and Smith (womens colleges) as a transfer for next year. I think that I would qualify, except for my high school grades.

My cummulative g.p.a. was a 3.35 in high school.
I played water polo and our team won 2 state championships when I was playing.
I got a 31 on the ACT.
A 2050 on the SAT.
I was on my schools literary arts staff my junior and senior years.
I was on Student council as a freshman and sophmore and on the AP IB student council my junior and senior years.
I worked 30 hours a week during the summers after my sophmore, junior and senior years.
I volenteered 40 hours a year with middle schoolers. (160 hours total)
I was a YWCA yound woman of achievement in high school
I graduated with an IB diploma, which means i took 3, 2 year ib classes and 3, 1 year ib classes.
I had good grades on all my IB exams.

SO ANYWAYs... I just finished my first semester at Ohio Wesleyan University with a 3.9...
do you think I have a shot at getting in to these schools as a transfer student, because I really want to transfer schools.

Also, I'm not sure if this matters but I am caucasian, both parents went to college and grad school, and don't need any scholarship money.

If you were a high school senior, I’d say you’re reaching too high. But with a 3.9, they just might take you. But I’d apply to at least two safeties.

Please chance me back, by the way (Northwestern, Brown, Yale, Hampshire, NYU, etc.)
