1. How would you chance me based on my GPA? is my GPA good/bad for my choices?
2. Will Universities calculate the GPA or will they use IB scores?(my transcript has letter grades and number conversions?
3. How good are my SAT Subject Tests scores?
4. Can You Suggest Good Safeties for a tuition of about $30000 and my stats?

Chance me and answer the questions if possible. I'll chance back for sure.

Finally someone doing the IB diploma! I almost thought it was just me here! :)

Your junior year GPA is a little low, especially for cornell and UCB. However your senior year one looks decent, try to improve it even more.
Universities will probably use the IB scores, but I wouldn’t worry too much about that.
Your SAT II scores look ok.

Cornell: Reach
UCB: low reach
UCLA: high match
Georgiatech: High match
Purdue: Match
UIUC: Match
Penn state: Low match

Penn State: low-mid match

Look into U of Alabama for a cheap safety. Give them a weighted GPA and be sure it’s 3.5+. With your current SAT of 1330 and a 3.5+ weighted they would give you 2/3rds tuition off. I have the same deal and it comes out to like $20,000 a year. You need to check and see if you are eligible as an international. I believe you are, but don’t quote me on it.
