Chance me (group schools) for IVY transfer as well as other intensive econ schools?

Hello, College Confidential.

I have a list of about 15 colleges that I am looking to apply as a transfer student, and I need your help to narrow them down.
I know this is not a forum for transfer admission, and frankly not many of you may know about transferring admission system.
Basically, it's a regular admission on steroid, the admission rate is usually 2/3 or a half of (sometimes less) what the regular admission rate is for respective schools.
With that said, the pool might include many unqualified applicants as well, so take that into consideration.

The list of schools is: Harvard, Columbia, Wharton, Stanford, MIT, Cornell, Chicago, Amherst, Williams, Swarthmore, Grinnell, Oberlin, Haverford, Colgate, Macalester, Wesleyan(Ohio), and Colgate.

Things that they have common: 1. they are a great feeders schools for Econ Ph.D programs (this is the main reason why I am transferring out). 2. They are high up in the rankings.

I will give you the Specs I have, and could you possibly divide them into Reach, Match, and Safety groups? It is highly unlikely that you are familiar with all those colleges up there, so don't worry about grouping just a couple or several of them for me.

Here goes my specs:-------------------------------------------------------------------
When I was in my senior year, the highest ranking school I got into was Cal Berkeley.
Since I needed fin-aid I decided to go to a state flagship school with a full ride scholarship.

A sophomore (in fall semester) at a flagship state school (in Alabama).
Math and Econ double majors, 86 credit hours (I have taken way more than average students) Averaging up to 4.0/4.0 GPA (never had a B or A-)
2220/2400 SAT in one sitting in my senior year (Will be taking one more coming January, since I am sure I will score significantly better this time with some studying).
So say it will increase up to 2300+

Great ECs
Holds 3~4 officer positions in different social/professional organizations.
Many ECs focusing on financial sectors and banking in general (such as investment management group that uses money funded from different sources).
Had an internship in financial sector last summer (great experience).
A student representative for different committees on campus.

Recommendations: every recommendation will be stellar. I will get them from professors who I have worked as a research assistant.

Essays: I will do my best and will let my friend who is great at writing look over them.

Reasons for transferring (a big factor): I am a Econ Ph.D. hopeful, and the school I am at now just does not offer as rigorous of courses in Math and Econ as I would like them to be. Also limited opportunities with researching and publishing.

Well that pretty much sums it up.
I want them to be grouped together, since I want around 3~4 in each group to apply for (transfer application fees are outrageous).
Considering this is a transfer application, what do you think College Confidential?

Thank you so so much.
