Chance Me (HS Junior) for UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, Emory, UVA, Univ. of Washington, and W&M

Hi everyone!
I am considering applying to the schools above and am currently a high school junior in Pennsylvania; I would appreciate any feedback/comments on my chances for UNC and Duke in particular, especially as an out-of-state student.

I plan to major in something related to biology and follow a pre-med track, and maybe double-major in journalism.

GPA (weighted): 4.28
Unsure of class rank, but definitely in the top 10%.

ACT: 35 (never taken SAT, w/o essay)

11th grade: AP Calc AB, AP Chemistry, APUSH, AP Lang, honors Spanish 4, Intro to Java (slated to take organic chem, but obviously coronavirus came in and stole away our school year). Currently taking an online psychology class from Yale.
12th grade: Planning to take Honors English 12, AP Comp Sci A, AP Stat, AP Biology, AP Physics (Newtonian Mechanics), AP Psych, and AP Spanish

Good shot at schools like UNC, schools like Duke will be a reach but still possible with good essays.
