University of Miami
Miami University-the ohio one
Villanova University
Penn State-University Park
Rutgers-New Brunswick
Clemson University

University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa

hmm I really don’t know most of the schools you posted but I think you need to improve your SAT score…especially the math section…but your grades are good…
Good luck!

Also, I don’t know almost any of those schools with the exception of UT Austin, which is a great school, one of the best in accounting and overall, top10 in financies!~

I think you should really improve your SAT’s to at least 2000, it isn’t really hard with preparation. Also take SATII. Consider the gap year possibility, the fact you will be 17 won’t be a major hook, however you could do a lot of things in that gap year, which would increase chances significantly

Are you OOS for all of those state schools or would you be in-state for any of them?

UTexas I know is difficult to get into for OOS.
Rutgers has an okay business program, so even if you’re OOS it shouldn’t be a problem.
Villanova might be a reach. Miami and UMiami at Ohio might also be reaches, you might want to check their sites for their average SAT scores and GPA.

your GPA is very solid…obviously, but the low math section might hurt you at some of these schools. Still with good rec letters and some real strong extracurriculars, I would say that your in to some of the big state schools like alabama and tennessee. However, I would say that some of the higher tier schools like UT and villanova might be reaches. improve that math a little and I like your chances.

hmmm your gpa is fantastic, however I recommend you work really really hard to get SAT scores up, just pick up a cheap book and work out of it; it will strengthen your apps a lot.
Looks like you have decent chances at all the schools, UT austin might be a low reach. Chance me back?

I agree with everyone else- your GPA is great but your math score might bring you down
Villanova University- reach
Penn State-University Park- match
Clemson University- reach
University of Tennesse-Knoxville- low match
University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa- match
not sure about about the rest
good luck!!

Not familiar with most of these, sorry. You have an excellent GPA but your math score will hurt you. Penn State, Rutgers and Alabama might be good fits. Coming from North Dakota will help you out. Good luck!

i’m not familiar with these schools… but I assume your ec’s are decent, and your gpa is good, so maybe try to bump up that sat score into the 1900-2000s and you would have a generally good shot.

don’t know all of the schools, but i’ll chance for the ones i do know :)

University of Texas at Austin- low reach/high match
Texas A&M-College Station- low reach
University of Miami- match
Villanova University- reach
Penn State-University Park- low reach/high match
Rutgers-New Brunswick- match
University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa- match

You have a preety good chance of getting into some of these schools. Just try to become as well rounded as possible and it should not be a problem. Good Luck!

University of Miami- match
Penn State-University Park- match
Rutgers-New Brunswick- low reach
Clemson University - low reach

Being 17 wont play a factor b/c i will also be 17 when i go to college and so was my brother. But you should definitely try to improve your SAT scores. Good Luck anyway!

IMHO, I think your SAT math is extremely low. I remember beating myself up for getting a 690 in my first sitting! But since I dont know the schools you mentioned, you might have a shot at them.
