<p>Recommendations-Should be decent. My physics teacher really likes me. Also got a TA at a university.

<p>Your academic profile is good. Your EC’s & leadership are a bit weak. Any community service? Write a great essay and talk to teachers writing your LoR, they need to be strong. VU is a reach school for almost everyone now. Good luck.</p>

<p>My sense and nothing more: you’re probably an average candidate for RD this year. The competitions should help. The absence of any other ECs is a large concern for Vandy. There’s a bit of a one-trick pony to your qualifications. I cannot help you with your last question.</p>
