well if u actually do plan on applying to ALL these places i can pretty much guarantee that u will get into one... w/e CSU u apply to will be ur safety i guess... so u are guaranteed a school from me but i can also pretty much guaranteed you will be recieving more rejections then acceptances... i would guess you will probably get accepted into about 4 or 5 of the colleges u are applying to which should give you atleast some choice

The best academic CSU is cal poly and you're probably a slight reach or match, depending on how they view your gpa.
USC is probably a reach as well..cause of the GPA.

I kinda understand that applying to Tufts and USC is rediculous, but still, could I get some chances on the colleges I have a decent shot at like hopefully Northeastern or Oregon. Maybe some chances at Arizona. I know my SAT scores are below average for collegeconfidential and my GPA might be the lowest ever, but my SAT scores have to be good enough to get me somewhere that i listed.

Well, I have 20 points lower on my SAT (but our reading and math scores are identical). And my GPA is .40 higher, but it's still kind of weird how similar we are, lol.

Wait are you serious about Wisconsin? Are you just joking about that, if i can get into Madison you may have just breathed life back into my college enthusiasm.

Looks like you have a 20% chance on the guidelines chart. You could try to explain your GPA (if there is an explanation) in the second essay on the application.

i am definitely in the same boat as you! Not so hot gpa but getting a decent score on the SATs
CU boulder and northeastern are my top schools

but i think you have a shot
i mean its not all GPA and i think your SAT is amazing.
The boulder admissions office told me that an essay is something that can really decide if someone will be accepted or not.

i suggest you apply to Arizona State. You already got admitted into the school with a 2040. because the gurantee is a 24 ACT, 3.0 gpa, top 25% of class, or 1110/1600 on SAT. all you have to do is meet one of those. business, journalism and engineering are the top programs at ASU. i'm from oregon and think you have a good chance. ur SATs are great for Oregon. since you don't have a 3.0 gpa u need to meet the admission requirement at oregon to apply. and u met it! the SAT u needed was 1110/1600. so i think you have a great shot. i think you have a great shot at indiana. ur SAT will help level out your GPA. don't listen to the ppl on this site all the time. they think if you don't have a 4.0 and 2400 that your no good. i think you have a great shot at the schools i listed. chance me in return? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/588723-have-fun-chancing-me-will-chance-return.html

Maybe it's just the fact that I live in the very near viscinity but girls from my school who have slightly higher GPA's, far lower SAT's, and a much easier load have gotten accepted to Nova and Pitt so that is why I think you have a fairly good chance as opposed to everyone else on this thread.
