I’m trying to get into the Faculty of Science for basically all the schools, with a planned major in Bioinformatics, Computer Science and Biology, Computational Biology, etc. McGill is my top pick, however I’m also planning on applying to UofT, Western Ontario, And Queen’s. I do have some ECs (President of a video game design club, various freelance work, mostly art and psych related articles, some volunteering), but I’m not sure if they really help much as as far as I can tell most of these schools only care about GPA and test scores.
So, uh, chance me? I’m just really nervous by now…
Also as a side question, I’ve already applied to McGill and have uploaded my transcript, however the way our school’s transcript works it only shows the final course grade for each class I’ve taken, meaning it won’t show anything for this year until the end of the school year. I know they judge on your 10th, 11th, and 12th grades however, so does anyone know how they might work? Will they ask me to scan in my report card each quarter or something?
Thanks!
