I'm a good writer and will have editing done on my essays by a great English teacher I had a good relationship with in AP Comp.

My schools I would like to be chanced include: UNC Chapel Hill, UVA, Georgia Tech, UFlorida, Michigan, Miami (FL), FSU, UTexas at Austin, Purdue.

I want to go for Computer Science or Software Engineering

Where are you from? Because you’re applying to state schools, its helpful to know what state you’re from, and how rigorous or competitive your high school is.

Let’s assume (and this is assuming a lot) that you’re out of state, in an average high school and take relatively difficult math scores. Now I’m not an engineering person, or a math person myself, but let me have a go at this. Before I chance you, here’s my recommendations.
Don’t bother taking the SAT again, and don’t bother sending your score in either. They’re is good, but not nearly as good as your ACT scores, and far below the average acceptee to a lot of those schools. Send in your ACT, they’re solid.
Make sure you ace the subject tests you’re taking in math, especially if you want to apply for engineering.
Make sure, before sending in your AP exam scores, that they are 4’s and 5’s. If not, reconsider sending them, especially to schools like Virginia, Michigan and UNC.
Don’t put too much of an emphasis on community service. Instead do something you love other than sports. Start a club or something that could really enhance your application. Colleges like community service, but don’t exactly see it as an extracurricular activity, they instead see it as community service… Pursue something outside of that and baseball.
Now, if you take none of my advice, and you are out of state for all of these schools, here are your chances at least in my opinion.
UNC Chapel Hill - 20%
UVA - 23%
University of Michigan - 52%
Georgia Tech - 60%
FSU - 84%
University of Florida - 70%
University of Texas Austin - 79%
Purdue University - 82%
If you do all of the things I said, and have good scores (over 700’s, 4’s and 5’s) across the board, you could see all of these percentages rise by 20 points each.

Michigan: Match.
UNC and UT Austin: Depends on your state of residence. Its very hard to get into both from OOS. Based upon your scores and grades, they should be matches. But they have limited spots for OOS so its no guarantee.
