My schools are:

UNC-Chapel Hill (Applying Early Action)
Northwestern
Duke
UPenn
Syracuse

And two safeties.

And maybe a few more, like Emory or UCLA... anyways, help me out? Thanks a ton!

Bumping, anybody?

UNC-Chapel Hill (Applying Early Action) - High Match (SAT is low)
Northwestern - You won’t get in with SAT and GPA
Duke - You won’t get in with SAT and GPA
UPenn - You won’t get in with SAT and GPA
Syracuse - Match

Thanks, anybody else?

There’s nothing particularly “wrong” with your stats, per se. Your SAT is on the low side, but I think your ACT is pretty decent. The problem is that you have no hook. I think that UNC would be a high match; applying early and being in-state will definitely help you out. I think Syracuse and maybe Northwestern are feasible, but Duke and UPenn are reaches (as they are for most people). Best of luck!

Thanks, I’ll chance you back.

I think being a first-generation student and Asian will help…I think Northwestern is do-able.

Hi Superbest, i think you have a decent shot at UNC Chapel Hill even tough your scores are a bit low everything else looks good and you are in-state and applying EA so that helps a lot. Duke and UPenn are high reaches, i believe :/, so you show write a killer essay and see what happens. Best of luck.
Chance me back if you can:
