Do you know your weighted/UF gpa?
I believe it’s a 3.66 @20177588
Weighted GPA needs to be in the mid 4’s and ACT’s need to be about 31 or more. SAT’s mid 1300’s. They place a lot of weight on the essay. Talk about something different that makes you unique. Most kids have all the extra curriculars in the world so they look at the stats and what sets you apart. Although I can’t prove it, but I think it also matters that you actually go and visit the school.
Definitely need to compute your UF GPA for an accurate assessment. Based on what you are saying, it is low and you are probably not a match for UF. I would also agree with @Anxiousmom12 that visiting helps. If you give us more information, we can probably give you more advice. Good luck.
