Chance me please! Can I get into a UC or at least a good college??

So I’m a straight a student. Or was. I’ve earned a 4.0 gpa all of freshman and sophomore year. Now, it’s junior year and I recieved a C and a B in an English class history class (both honors). I have straight a’s in all my other classes, one is a science honors. I’m not sure of my current gpa yet but I’ll get my transcript soon. This semester, I’m working my butt off and think I’ll be able to achieve all straight a’s this time around. I’m also vp of math club at my school and do cross country (Jv). I also did an internship at a children’s mueseum and another at a research and development company lab. I will be taking calc bc and physics (honors) next semester along with an ap English and Econ class my senior year. In the perfect world, I’m able to get through all my classes with straight a’s. Last semester was due to issues I had. I wanna know if I’m able to get into a UC school with grades like these. I am nervous that because of my mistake of a B and C, I won’t be able to go to a good college next year. I’m trying to major in stem, and I am a girl. Do I have a good chance??

Once you calculate your UC gpa you should be able to know more. But yes you have a good chance at a UC, certainly UCSB, UCR, UCSC, UCM…maybe even UCSD, UCD…

Post capped weighted and fully weighted UC GPA.

Assuming you get As in everything else your UC GPA should be somewhere around 4.2. Which makes you competitive for all the UCs. But the other parts of the equation you didn’t list out, which is your SAT/ACT scores along with subject test scores. And also, did you take other AP classes besides the ones you listed?
