<p>Hi, I'm applying for UGA RD in case I'm not matched to Emory through Questbridge. I'm a Finalist btw. Here is my information:
UGA GPA: Weighted: 4.04
Unweighted: 4.0
AP classes: 4<br>
Junior year: AP Phys B ( I got 110 for that class in both semesters and a 4 on AP exam)
Senior year: AP Chem (109 currently)
AP Bio (104 //)
AP Cal (109 //)
SAT (superscored): CR: 500
M: 750
W: 490 (don't know should I retake to improve the W)
Composite: 1740
ACT (superscored): English (without writing): 26
Math: 34
Reading: 21
Science: 27
Composite: 27 (still waiting for the Oct ACT scores)
Clubs: Volunteer Club
100+ service hours
Orchestra (first chair)

<p>I know my test scores are not pretty good, and I don't have many AP classes due to some reasons ( I can explain that in the essays.) I don't know if I have a chance to get in. Thank you for chancing me. </p>

<p>I think you have a fair shot. Your GPA is very impressive. I’m guessing your school adds weight by adding 10 points to the grade, correct?</p>

<p>Luckily for you, UGA takes into consideration only the math and reading components of standardized tests so your math should balance out the reading score. They only use the writing score for statistical purposes. Since you are applying RD, feel free to take either of the standardized tests again.</p>

<p>Also, UGA has a spot in their application labeled “special circumstances” where you can put why you don’t have many AP classes. </p>

<p>I would say you have a pretty good chance. GPA and rigor are considered very important while test scores are just considered important. </p>
