Chance me please :)

Hey guys, after hearing about all the deferred students from the ED round, I'm sort of uneasy about my chances. So I was hoping to get a stance on what my chances are!

hooks
In-state

Chances Please?

In-state isn’t a hook. If you’re from NoVa it’s the opposite. The upward trend helps a lot though. You’re in the middle 50% in both statistics and on the upper end on the SAT. I think that with the upward trend you’ve got a good shot.

edit: Some schools don’t consider freshman grades and others discount them. I’m pretty sure VT considers them, but I don’t know if they weigh the later years more heavily. They ought to if they don’t.
