<p>Yale has always been my dream school and I will be applying EA.
So here are my stats</p>
<p>GPA: UW 3.84 W 4.01</p>
<p>Class rank top 10 percent. there are 900 kids in my grade</p>
<p>Sat: 2320 (might retake it to see if i could improve my score)
Sat subject tests: chemistry 800 math 2 800 french 780 biology 780</p>
<p>Sports: I rowed crew for 2 years on varsity. I rowed in the varsity light weight four, and i also coxed in the heavyweight 8. I play soccer, and have been for 9 years. I also play squash.</p>
<p>Clubs: Ski/Snowboard, debate club for 2 years</p>
<p>Instruments: Both piano and guitar</p>
<p>Jobs: I have worked as a hostess and a cashier</p>
<p>Volunteer work: I volunteer at the hospital where my father works/ i have tutored numerous kids in french and chemistry</p>
<p>Summer activity: I travel to Greece every summer and i have also been to Germany Italy and France. I have dual citizenship here and in Greece. </p>
<p>My GPA is not too good, One of my family members got really sick and passed away and this was during my 9th and tenth grade years, and i was very sad and depressed so it really affected me, but im not sure if i should tell the admission officers that or if i should include that in my application. However, this year I was able to get back on my feet and I have been getting high 90s in all my classes.</p>
<p>Ive been mainly in honors. my senior year im taking 6 APs</p>
<p>Also my father was an assistant professor and doctor at the Yale Medical school, im not sure if that helps or not.</p>
<p>Leadership: I guess coxing??</p>
<p>So what are my chances? good not so good?</p>
<p>Oh and both my mother and father were born in Greece. Not sure if that does anything either</p>
