Could you please tell me what my chances are?

A little about me:

State: New York
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Caucasian

GPA: 3.6 (hopefully going up to a 3.7) unweighted (My grades are low due to illness. I plan on explaining that somewhere in my essay)
ACT: Shooting for a 31 (taking it in April with writing)

Classes:
-Freshman Year: Science Research (AP Weighted), Honors Biology, Honors Global History (two year course), Honors English, Honors Spanish, and Algebra
-Sophomore Year: Science Research (AP Weighted), Honors Earth Science, Honors Global History, Honors English, Honors Spanish, Geometry, Photography 2, and Psychology
-Junior Year (transferred schools): AP Psych, AP US History, AP English Lang, Algebra 2, Spanish 4, and Physics
-Senior Year: AP Government, AP English Lit, AP Economics, and Trigonometry/Pre-Calc

Extracurricular Activities:
-Freshman Year: EPIC (Israeli Awareness club), 40+ volunteering hours, and science fairs
-Sophomore Year: School newspaper copy editor (later named editorials editor), science fairs, Perspective Poetry club, Pre-Med Club (40 hours of medical-related volunteering), and another 40 hours of volunteering/tutoring in other various places.
-Junior Year (transferred schools, not many extracurricular activities available): Biology Club (as well as an editor of the BioClub newspaper), Photography Club, School Newspaper (writer, possibly an editor senior year), and a lot of volunteering hours. Most likely going to be asked to join honor society. I also have had a few small jobs here and there.
-Summer: Went to a performing/creative arts camp for 8 years and went to a 4-week creative writing course at Brown University in 2011, and going to volunteer all summer this year.

I know I'm not the best, but I would like to apply ED to Brown (my dream school) and RD to Boston University and New York University. I would also love to hear what colleges you think I should apply to.

Any feedback would be absolutely wonderful. Thanks in advance!
