Chance me please?

I'm a senior in Oakland, California. I'd like to know my chances at Carnegie Mellon (Either SCS or CIT). I'm an Asian male who was born in China but immograted here early.

GPA: 3.98 UW

SAT : 2200/2400; 660 CW, 800 Math, 740 W (Retaking SAT October, hoping to raise that critical reading score)

SAT II : 800 Math II, 790 Physics, 730 Literature (taking more SAT II November. School requires it.)

APs : Mandarin 5, English Language 4, US History 5, World History 5, Physics B 5

Senior year classes:
AP English Literature
AP Macroeconomics
AP Calculus AB
Biology
Chemistry (at local community college. School doesn't offer chemistry)
Fillers (PE and College Planning)

ECs:
-Ultimate Frisbee Club/Team : 3 years
-Asian Youth Services Committee : 1 year; AYSC is a community service organization who volunteers by cleaning nearby areas and give out meals during Thanksgiving.
-Junior Statesmen of America : 2 years, Chapter Vice President
-Chess/Scrabble Club : 2 years; Despite the name, the club isn't just about chess and scrabble. Basically, it was a club for nerds to play bridge, scrabble, chess, crossword puzzles, etc.
-Volunteering at the local Main Library (~100 hours)

Summer Activities:
ATDP (non-residential program at UC-Berkeley) : Introduction to Java
EPGY (residential program at Stanford) : Artificial Intelligence

Honors:
-I think I'm a National Merit Commended Student (I got a 210 on my PSAT)
-AP Scholar with Distinction (Or I hope. Still haven't gotten any notification yet.)

Job Experience:
-I tutor at my school as a part-time job. I started during my freshman year. Average of 2 hours per week. Since my parents never gave me allowance or started a college fund for me, everything I earn serves as my spending money/college fund.

Additional Comments:
-My high school is weird in that there are no choices for classes. Everyone in the same grade takes the same classes. Also, there's a lack of extracurriculars. I plan on becoming a Computer Science major, and it's frustrating know that there's no programming club, robotic team, or CS classes. As a result, I've had to seek courses outside of school during the summer.
-First in my family to attend college. Parents are working class (~$60K per year).

So...what are my chances? I know my ECs are crap and need a lot more work. Also planning on applying to Questbridge's National College Match.

Somebody, please?

I think you have a pretty high chance of getting in :)

With a good hook in your college essay and strong reccomendations, you have high chances of getting in

Thanks, guys! You have no idea how relieved I am to hear that!

No, you have a pretty low chance getting into SCS and about an above average shot getting into CIT.

I don’t think the above realize SCS is comparable in selectivity to MIT and Caltech

Don’t let these responses make you complacent, but don’t let them intimidate you either. We aren’t admissions staff and we don’t even have your full application. You certainly have enough of a chance to apply, and I would encourage you to do so.

Oh. I knew the admit rate to SCS is about 8%. At the same time, I’ll be just as happy going into CIT as I would be going into SCS. If I’m not able to internally transfer from CIT to SCS, there’s always the choice of a double major.

What I was relieved about was that the first few responses were rather positive and nothing along the lines of “Carnegie Mellon with that SAT CR score and those ECs? Bah! Dream on, kid.”
