Chance me please! :)

Cornell is my dream school and I am very nervous about my SAT score. I got an 1830 and I know it's low, but I think I might still have a chance. I am interested in pursuing veterinary medicine and Cornell has an amazing pre-vet program.
Here are my other stats:
-Varsity Basketball (fresh-senior); captain junior and senior yr.
-Varsity Lacrosse (fresh- senior)
-Girls' League Club officer (soph-senior)
-CSF officer (senior)
-Girls State delegate
-Spirit of Community Award
-Volunteer with a non-profit called Pets for Patriots- organized community service projects in my community benefitting veterans and shelter pets (spoke to veterans at a naval hospital, gave baked goods, made cards, supplies drive for the local animal shelter)
-Volunteer at the shelter
-Class rank 15 of 460
-Overall (including freshman yr) GPA 4.14
-FLAGS program
- I have really great recs from teachers who know me well, my AP Chem teacher and AP English language teacher (who have both had me twice) & also from the charity's director and founder with whom I've collaborated with to organize the service projects

Your extracurricular activities and recs (assuming they’re as good as you anticipate) will definitely help you, but I have to admit that your scores aren’t in the range they’re accustomed to. You don’t provide a lot of information about your academic and test histories; if you’ve taken a lot of APs and scored well on those (subject tests for that matter too), then I think your SAT scores will matter a lot less. Your test scores put you at an automatic disadvantage, but you sound like you have a lot of other things going for you, so if your recs and essays reflect that, you could definitely still get in. Best of luck! :)
