Cornell Chances-please help!

<p>I am a high school junior living in California, and it has always been my dream to attend Cornell. I am very interested in veterinary medicine, and Cornell has the top vet school in the United States. Because college applications are right around the corner, I was hoping I could get some feedback regarding my chance of being admitted, here are my stats:
Overall weighted GPA: 4.03
Current GPA: 4.7
SAT scores: I am taking mine next month
AP Test Scores: World History-5 (and I am taking 3 more this May: Chemistry, U.S. History, English Comp.)
Volunteering: I am currently volunteering with a non-profit organization that connects at risk shelter pets with veterans. It has been amazing because I have been able to be involved with two things that I feel passionate about: supporting our military and saving needy animals. I was also featured on Military.com for my volunteer work.
Sports: I have been on the girl's varsity basketball and girl's varsity lacrosse team since my freshman year of high school. Captain of the basketball team.
Clubs: Club officer of Girl's League (soph)(junior)
CSF (California Scholarship Federation) member(fresh-jun)
Extra: I was selected as the one female delegate from my school to attend Girl's State.
If it helps, I am also hispanic.</p>

<p>It’s a hook that you are Hispanic… Just to give you an idea you should aim for 1400+ on the SAT (cr/math).Also what is your class rank or percentile?</p>

<p>I am 17th out of 500 students for overall(kind of low because my freshman year I did get B’s) and 1st for UC schools, but I am not sure if that will help me applying to Cornell.</p>

<p>If you get a solid 1400 SAT or >1500, then I would say you have a very good chance of getting accepted to cornell, probably will get in if you apply ED. Top 5% of class is excellent.</p>
