You look great but for the fact that your grades dropped over time. That won’t kill your chances but it might throw you out of the running for your tippy-top schools. I’d say UMich is out, Berkeley is out, UCLA is probably out and maybe some others.
You may want to add a few safety schools to your list. Also: how will you be paying for this? As an international student you will be paying top dollar for these schools.
You may want to add U of Maine at Orono as a safety. They have an ABET accredited program so it’s quite solid. They also have some aid for Internationals. There’s an airport there and it’s a nice school in a pretty state.

You could get money at Alabama Huntsville. They also have automatic scholarships and this would be a safety.

Other possible safety schools–
SUNY Binghamton
Stony Brook
South Dakota Mines
New Mexico Tech
@Dustyfeathers Dude the thing is I don’t talk about the reason very much but my mother was diagnosed with cancer so I was not able to concentrate and I had to look into my younger brother’s studies so my grades dropped. Which other schools other than Berkeley LA umich are out? And do you think should I mention about my mom in my app?
PS I still have to apply to umich u Wisconsin and penn state
I am not an admissions committee member so I don’t know anything for sure. I would simply put more safeties in the mix. Safeties are schools that you might actually want to attend if you should get in. The ones I listed should work as safeties and I chose ones that were relatively inexpensive for you.
You should mention maybe briefly about your personal issues in an email to the adcoms or elsewhere on your application. There are many many great schools in the US for what you want to study. Not attending UCLA or Berkeley or the like will not harm your career greatly.
What you bring to the table, your skills, will be what’s most important.
Best of luck to you.
I would absolutely add more match and safety schools. Computer science is a highly competitive major. Purdue and U Washington, for example, accept a large percentage of applicants in general, but only around 10% of CS applicants get directly admitted to that department. Also, most of the colleges you listed give no financial help to international students. Some colleges do, but your list is full of public schools, which are funded by the taxpayers of that state to primarily benefit the citizens of that state.
I would look into UMaine for sure but any match schools according to my profile?
