prob will get in because you are in-state and have a good gpa even though act is a little low.

another thing I hope won't further hurt my chances is the date they got my transcript. I had everything in by mid October but my high school counselor didn't send in my transcript until November 13. That is the date the university processed it as well.

i would just relax if i were you. it is obvious that it may still take a while for you to receive a decision...

Yeah, that's for sure.

Anyone????

I would say you are in, UMich puts heavy emphasis on GPA generally and forgives a lower ACT

I hope that's true

match.
you're gpa gets you over the hump.
don't panic if you're not in by dec. 24.

Other opinions??? Please...

ramen is right, UM likes to see a rigorous course load (which you have) and a high GPA (which you also have). I'd say that even though a 26 is below UM's average, your other credentials will help a lot with securing that acceptance letter.

post back when you get a response?

other opinions? Be honest.

I think your chances of admission are well, although hard to give a complete yes with competitive schools ( ranked in top 100).

I think you're borderline. ACT might hurt you but everything else looks good, and in-state is always a huge help. When did you apply?

I had everything in by mid October except my transcript (counselor forgot to send it in). Eventually the transcript got sent in and was received by the u of m on November 13.

Anyone want to share their opinion?
