Oh and colleges don’t usually want to see babysitting your siblings anywhere on your app unless you throw it into an essay to explain why you don’t have as many ECs.

assuming you get that SAT score you’re aiming for and you have decent essays, NYU is probably a target. i’d say the rest are also targets/slight reaches with an SAT score around 2100 and SAT subject tests in the 700’s or high 600’s cause all of the ones you picked are insanely competitve, plus have great essays. i think for princeton you’re gonna need like 2250-2300 SAT score though. good luck!

She was 1 when I was babysitting her, and it took away from my summer opportunities (internship and volunteering)
possible hook: URM
In terms of SATIIs: I think I can score within the 700 range

That’s great if you’re a junior. I was just seeing how close you might be to breaking that 2000 barrier. The only thing that might hit you unexpectedly is the essay, so practice for that. I would have hit the 2000 mark flat on if one grader didn’t give me a 4 (the other grader gave me a 5). So just make sure you do a couple of practice essays or at least familiarize yourself with historical and literary examples you can throw in (and still have the essay make sense).
