I know my grades aren't that great but I was hoping to apply EOP. Financially I qualify but I am not sure about my grades. Please tell me if you believe I have a chance at being accepted.

O and I intend to major in either engineering or environmental sciences....I am leaning more towards environmental sciences.

You don’t qualify for EOP because your grades are actually too high. I have the same problem.
Compared to the average, your SAT scores are on the low side again like me.
Verbal should be between 570 - 660 and math should be 610 - 690.
From 1 - 10 I would give you a 6; not that my opinion matters, but I think that you may have a shot thanks to your extra curricular.
Good luck!!

You should still try to apply via EOP, if you’re not eligible I believe the application is simply put into the regular admissions pile. You won’t loose anything by trying.

GPA is weighted or unweighted? If UW, it’s good.

SATs need to come up to be competitive, try the ACT if you don’t like the SAT structure.
