I took AP Tests for my SL subjects plus 3 additional; 4 or 5 on all of them

Chance me for: Beloit, Kenyon, Knox, Cornell College, Bard, Kalamazoo, Earlham, Lehigh, & Georgetown

You need to get your test score up and then you should have a better chance

Yeah, you definitely need to bring up your ACT, and it might be a bit too late to up your gpa. It’s great that you’re doing the full IB curriculum-colleges like that. And you’re additional ap tests are good, too.

Do you know your rank in your class? Have you won any awards? Volunteer? Work? You left all of this out.

What kind of extracurricular activities have you done? It’s hard to determine your chances without knowing what kind of ECs you did and for how long.

So I’m basing this solely on your grades, act, and school’s selectivity:
Beloit- high match
Kenyon- low reach
Knox- low reach
Cornell C- match
Bard- high reach
Kalamazoo- low reach
Earlham- match
Lehigh- reach
Gergetown-very high reach

All in all I have about 300 hours of ECs and Volunteer. Some activities I am heavily involved in include:

Organized/Lead 4 community environmental meetings and clean up events
Volunteer with kids’ parties (balloon animals, food prep, etc)
Retirees Breakfast Coordinator (Statewide event)
Tutor Special Needs First through Third Graders
Music: Marching Band: flute section leader for 4 years; Solo/Ensemble Festival and won 6 first division ratings, 2 second divisions; play flute duets for senior citizens/in hospital
Athletics:Varsity Sport: 4 years
Debate Team Coordinator and Captain
Science Olympiad for 8 years; won 17 first place medals over that time
Writing:Winner of State Essay Contest about a “Michigan Hero”
Part time job as office assistant: revolutionized the organization system; developed communication skills
AAA Band Leadership Award
President of Student Council for 2 Years

I have won many awards, but nothing exceptional.

I have only taken the ACT once. On the latest practice test I took, my estimate was a 33. knock on wood So I’m pretty confident about that.

I crunched some numbers with my GPA and expected grades for next year based off of how I have been performing in my IBs, and I can get the GPA up to 3.64 UW. Not top notch, but breaking that 3.5 mark.

& Class rank is undetermined at my school. I do know we are VERY competitive and one of the best in the U.S. Our principal has connections with our state schools & Harvard Admission, so the networking may come in handy.

Thanks for all the help so far!
