What major are you considering?

Biomedical Engineering

Either way, you may want to do some research into the major n which you are interested. I have heard that it has extremely difficult classes. It could be a stretch for you based upon your SAT / ACT scores unless they are lopsided toward toward science and math. There is no point in getting in over your head. If you do get accepted, you might want to make sure that UDEL offers what would be an acceptable Plan B for you. There is no point in getting stranded somewhere and have to transfer, if you decide the major you sart with is not for you for whatever reason.
