<p>White, Jewish female from FL; currently a junior at a competitive public high school; 2230 SAT taken once w/o prep (780 CR, 700 M, 750 W); 219 PSAT; 4.0 GPA/5.0 weighted; somewhere between 8-19/588 (top 5%); have taken 3 APs in past (Human Geo 5, World History 5, European History 4) and am in 5 this year (Language, Psychology, Chemistry, Statistics, US History) and plan to take another 6 next year (Calculus AB, Literature, Spanish, Economics, US Gov't, Psychics) with almost all other classes having been honors; will have had 5 years of Spanish with addition of growing up with Hebrew; extracurriculars and awards include page and layout editor of school newspaper (have won awards and hope to be on the editorial board next year), Model UN Undersecretary Membership (co-founder, have won awards at MUN conferences), NHS officer, Sociedad Honoraria member, A-Team member (team has won at regional and district levels, advancing to states in the spring), Academic Games captain (for all 4 years, team has won at a district level), English Honor Society member, Rho Kappa member, have won awards in various subjects each year; summer program at Brown University (Leadership Institute) and published on website; summer undergrad at Georgetown University (Religion in America and International Relations/Gov't 601, A and A- respectively); hope to be a new-wave international journalist; hobbies and interests include reading, writing, cooking, photography, mythology, theology, politics, technology and graphic design </p>
