Chance me! transfer from Northwestern

I'm a freshman at Northwestern (double majoring in Economics and Communication Studies) planning to transfer to UPenn Wharton due to visa issues.
To be honest, I love it here. I was an ED... It's really upsetting that I have to transfer to some other school due to some complications regarding my visa. (I'm an international student)

My fall quarter GPA at Northwestern was 3.925.
My high school GPA was around 4.3 weighted and 3.75 unweighted.
My SAT score was 2270.
I'm not applying for any financial aid because I'm an international.
I was super involved in leadership/extracurricular activities both at college and at high school.

Assuming I have solid essays and recommendations, what are my chances of getting in?

Thanks!

The United States has a single policy when it comes to visas. States don’t issue them, so if you have a visa issue at Northwestern, you have a visa issue with the United States, of which (last time I checked) Pennsylvania was a part. So, you will have the identical visa issue with UPenn.
