hey guys okay so I want to know if you/or anyone you know got into FSU as a transfer student without meeting freshman criteria?
I go to a community college in NY my first semester GPA was a 3.42 and spring semester was a 3.58 which means both combined was a 3.5 on the dot.
well I know you need a 3.0 to transfer but I will only have roughly around 30 credits when I apply, and about 45 going in. I DO NOT meet freshman criteria (I effed up) got like a 520 in math and 490 in reading and my gpa was super low as well. does anyone think I have a shot? pleaseeee helpppp thanks!

If you don’t meet freshman criteria for entrance, getting in as a transfer that won’t have your AA will be about impossible.

So no, I don’t think you have a shot at admission. Apply as a transfer once you’ve gotten your AA.

The only shot you have is that your out of state. By that I mean FSU wants more out of state students because the tuition increase is pretty high from in state. But if I was you I would wait to get your AA one more year then you should not have a problem getting in unless your major is limited access.
