Unfortunately, you need a 3.0 minimum GPA to transfer into the engineering school at Maryland.

Do you think i can get into the school first? I plan on completing some more credits before i apply to the engineering school! Thanks!

Bump? any chances of getting in the university?

Most of the transfer students who’ve come back to tell us they were accepted had higher than a 3.0 GPA in post-hs work. It’s hard to say, but it’s always worth trying. Good luck!

Oh man :(

Thanks though!

Bump for more chances

Sorry; it would likely be a long reach, but there is always a chance! Also, I have heard that the engineering school is quite tough. If you have a 2.75 gpa now, you might find the courses to be difficult, if you were to get in.
